The following rates are for SPIRITUS retreats from July 1, 2019 - June 30, 2020.  

Each parish will be billed separately unless linked by priest or religious education program.

 

SPIRITUS Retreats (minimum 15 students)

Faith on Fire 

• For all age groups

• 4 hours or less in length

  • $160 per hour (15-45 students)

  • $200 per hour (46-90 students)​​

  • $240 per hour (over 90 students)

A $100 non-refundable down payment is required to hold your requested date for a Faith on Fire.

 

Family Nights

• For all age groups

• 4 hours or less in length

  • $240 per hour

A $100 non-refundable down payment is required to hold your requested date for a Family night.​

Shine Retreats

• For grades 2-8

• 4 to 8 hours in length

• $20 per student/$800 max

• Additional $5 per student for retreats held at Mount Tabor Center on weekend day and overnight retreats.

A $100 non-refundable down payment is required to hold your requested date for a Shine retreat.

 

Challenge Retreats (Including Confirmation and Alpha)

• For grades 9-12

• 4 to 8 hours in length

• $25 per student/$1000 max

• Additional $5 per student for retreats held at Mount Tabor Center on weekend day and overnight retreats.

 

• 8 to 12 hours in length

• $30 per student/$1200 max

• Additional $5 per student for retreats held at Mount Tabor Center on weekend day and overnight retreats.

 

• 12 to 24 hours in length

• $35 per student/$1400 max

• Additional $5 per student for retreats held at Mount Tabor Center on weekend day and overnight retreats.

 

• 24-30 hours in length

• $40 per student/$1600 max

• Additional $5 per student for retreats held at Mount Tabor Center on weekend day and overnight retreats.

A $200 non-refundable down payment is required to hold your requested date for a Challenge retreat.

Mileage

• $0.55 per mile round trip based off Google maps.

 

 

 

The following rates are for facility use only from July 1, 2019 - June 30, 2020.  

Facility Use Only

• Weekday Use (Monday-Friday)        $150 per day

• Weekend Day Use                              $450 per day

• Overnight Use 12 to 24 hours 

        20-39 guests                                       $32 per person/$640 minimum

       40-49 guests                                        $28 per person

        50-64 guests                                       $24 per person

• ​Overnight Use (24 to 30 hours)    

        20-39 guests                                       $40 per person/$800 minimum

        40-49 guests                                       $36 per pesron

        50-64 guests                                       $32 per person

 A $200 non-refundable down payment is required to hold your requested date for facility use.

You will be billed for the actual amount of guests using the facility and not the estimated number given when scheduling your event with us

Meals
 

Your group can use the kitchen to fix meals at no additional charge or we can provide the meals for your group at the rates listed below.  Chaperones are included in the price of the meals. Gluten-free bread along with peanut butter and jelly are available at every meal.  If the meal options provided do not meet dietary restrictions for someone in your group, feel free to bring food with you.  A kitchen is available for storing food items as well as for the use of kitchen appliances.
