SPIRITUS Missionaries live, work and pray in intentional community with one another. It is through this sharing of life that friendships grow, wounds can heal and the face of Christ can shine forth.
Mission:
-
Our mission is to ignite the faith in Catholic youth. We travel to parishes and schools across the state of Wisconsin and, through retreats and youth programming, we show young people that "life with Christ is a wonderful adventure!" (St. John Paul II).

Prayer:

The foundation of our mission and all we do is prayer. Daily Mass, Liturgy of the Hours and Eucharistic Adoration are essential to our daily missionary life in addition with other forms of personal and communal prayer.
Missionaries Receive:

Ongoing one-on-one mentoring in ministry and the spiritual life

Training to give witness talks, lead small groups, present programming, and walk with others in discipleship

Weekly days of formation given by area priests and bishops

A spiritual director to meet with monthly

Lodging and food
-
Health insurance
-
$175/month and a $3,000 stipend upon completion of the program

No fundraising required to join the team
